Services We Provide
Community-Based/Off-Site Supervision
Visitation sessions are conducted at approved locations outside of the primary visitation center, such as parks, restaurants, or community centers, allowing for more natural interaction while still ensuring safety and monitoring.
Supervised Exchanges (Monitored Transfers)
A service limited to facilitating the safe and conflict-free transfer of children between parents or guardians at the start and end of unsupervised visitation periods. The supervisor monitors the exchange but does not remain throughout the visit.
Virtual/Remote Supervision
Utilizing secure video conferencing technology to monitor visits when geographic distance or specific court orders necessitate remote contact. The supervisor remains visible and audible throughout the session.
Report and Documentation included with all Services
Detailed written reports are provided after each visit, documenting observations, interactions, behavior, and any concerns, specifically tailored to meet court or legal requirements.
Child Orientation and Preparation in person or via Zoom
Age-appropriate sessions to help children understand the visitation process, meet the supervisor, and feel more comfortable and secure with the arrangement before the first visit.
Pre-Visitation Intake and Assessment
An initial meeting with each parent/guardian to review court orders, assess risk factors, establish rules and expectations, and gather necessary background information before supervision begins.
Court Testimony
Providing professional testimony regarding visitation observations and findings, as requested or subpoenaed by the court or legal counsel.
Approved Visit Locations: Public parks, libraries, museums, Family entertainment centers, community recreation facilities, restaurants, court-approved or mutually approved public locations The price for services will be determined after the intake process is completed. The final price is determined by several factors and will be explained and agreed upon after intake is completed. The cost for the intake and paperwork associated with it is $50 per parent/ guardian
